Terms & Conditions

Orders

The minimum product order is R300 at checkout, based on products only. A delivery fee (currently R70) is added and always shown before you pay. There is no service fee.

An order is confirmed once payment succeeds (or, for eligible cash-on-delivery customers, once accepted).

Prices and weights

Prices are set per area and may change. Per-kilogram items are charged at the price shown when you order.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery becomes available after five successful paid orders, unless approved by us.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the affected order, except where the Consumer Protection Act provides otherwise.
