Your name, mobile number, email address, delivery addresses, order history and payment status. We do not store full card details — payments are processed by our payment provider.
How we use it
To process and deliver orders, contact you about your order, prevent fraud, and improve our service. Marketing messages are only sent with your consent.
Who we share it with
Only the supplier preparing your order, the driver delivering it, and our payment and messaging providers — each only receives what they need.
Security and retention
Access is restricted by role and every sensitive change is logged. We keep order records as required by South African law.
Your rights
